Christopher Loftus – Operations Director

Christopher has spent the majority of his life in the mountains of New England and along the beautiful shores of Cape Cod in the town of Chatham.  Christopher and his wife Kristin have owned a home in Chatham for the last 20 years and have a deep love for the natural beauty and the unique culture that exists along the elbow of the Cape.  Christopher’s professional career began at Eaglebrook School in historic Deerfield Massachusetts, were he worked for 16 years as a earth science teacher, dorm parent and Athletic Director.

With a thirst to expand his professional experiences, he venture into resort industry at the age of 40 and started a new outdoor adventure company with some friends. Over the past five years Berkshire East Canopy Tours has become one of the top 10 Zip Line companies in the nation, as rated by USAToday. Christopher also directed the marketing department and Snow Sports School for Berkshire Ski Resort and has help to manage the mountain on a year round basis.

Christopher most unique professional experience extends from his work for NBC Universal, during five different Olympic cycles since the Summer Games in Athens in 2004. He has filled the role a manager for in their VIP Client Hospitality Program. Christopher has worked effectively with a team of individuals who are responsible for one of the most recognizable international brands as well as every aspect of the logistics, safety and hospitality for the most important clients, executives and guest of NBC Universal.  Christopher’s attention to detail, exceptional listening and organizational skills and proven follow through allows him to be a valuable part of Chatham Interiors.
